Abrasive belts operating at a speed of 3500 surface feet per minute will provide longer component life and superior performance. Machines can be built at any speed you need.  Abrasive belt changes are quick and simple. Belt tension is air operated cam. Machine can run 3” x 84” or 4” x 84” abrasive belts without modification.  Two belts are used at opposite 45 degree angles. (90 degree intersection).

CROSS BELT SEAMER

Pneumatic, electric controls and emergency stop are located for convenient reach by operators. Access doors are interlocked to stop machine. Two 5” pipe connections are provided for your vacuum system. Control panel meets UL508B  certification. Base assembly has an adjustable height range, will adjust for customer needs. Table is 30” deep x 48” wide aluminum plate.  Caster array uses 75 casters, rows are staggered.  Other table options are available.
